We will be here to support essential business's and to provide essential service to all clients. If you're unsure if your repair or installation falls into this category - contact us and we can help you decide.

During this time we will be doing the following to keep our staff and customers safe:

All staff must be fit for work and have no symptoms of any illness.

On arrival at a work site where clients or workers are present staff will:

Arrive to site and put on the following safety wear before entering the home, business or site:

  • Gloves (disposable or other that can be sanitised on completion)
  • Mask (disposable)
  • Shoe covers (disposable)
  • overalls (disposable)

Other equipment:

  • Disinfectant wipes
  • Rubbish bag in van

Once staff are fully kitted in their PPE gear, they will request clients to remain either 2 meters away, to remain in another room or outside for the duration of the job.

On completion of the job, staff will clean every surface they have been in contact with including door handles as they exit the site. All masks, overalls, wipes etc will be disposed of in a rubbish bag in the work vehicle.

The office and workshop will close 5pm Tuesday 24th March 2020 but we are still answering calls on (03) 308 9008 from home so you can book your job for when the lock-down is lifted. Alternatively you can email us at service@electraserve.co.nz.
